We are now looking for two new colleagues for our client in Finspång. This position is suitable for you who want to take overall responsibility for capacity and planning for our client's field service operations.

As a planner with capacity responsibility, you will build and maintain a global capacity overview while coordinating resources for specific projects. The role has a direct impact on delivery precision, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency. You will work globally with different regions to distribute resources evenly and make our projects as efficient as possible. Here, you will be part of an engaged and international team of about 33 employees.

The office is located in Finspång, and the desired start date is February 16, 2026. The assignment is a consulting position that initially extends until February 25, 2027, with the possibility of extension, where you will be employed as a consultant through The Place and work for our client.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Creating and maintaining capacity plans in the short, medium, and long term based on the master plan.

  • Operational and strategic planning of resources.

  • Monitoring occupancy in real-time and taking action in case of over- or under-capacity.

  • Coordinating with internal and external interfaces, including international contacts.

  • Managing planning data and ensuring high quality in systems such as SAP, Salesforce/FSL, and Oracle Primavera.

  • Conducting scenario runs, preparing decision support materials, and leading meetings with stakeholders.

  • Contributing to onboarding and knowledge sharing for trainees as a natural part of the work.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have the following:

  • Experience in service, planning, and/or logistics.

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

  • Post-secondary education in logistics, planning, or equivalent.

  • Experience working in an international environment.

  • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, OnePM, and Oracle Primavera.
